Leadership development and organizational development are my passion. Leaders who struggle to make the best possible decisions with integrity in highly complex environments have my utmost respect.

With this background, I take the liberty of making satirical comments via the Leadership Blog and Podcast, sometimes in a pointed manner, when nonsense is produced from time to time or when executives get in their own way. These formats are meant to have a certain entertainment value in a compact form, albeit with a serious background.

My books are an attempt to present my insights and opinions on leadership, organizational development and the personal demands on managers in a comprehensive and integrative way and to deepen and broaden the perspective on these topics.

All these publications are intended to contribute to creating impulses in a hopefully useful direction – so that organizations will become inspiring places and we will be able to meet today's and tomorrow's challenges.
